Success for Vine at Thanet Business Awards

Vine Micros had a double success at a recent presentation lunch in the magnificent surroundings of Northdown House in Cliftonville, near Margate.

The event, held during Spring 2000, was the Thanet District Council Business Awards and the two prizes were The Medium and Large Business Award and highly commended in The Thanet Exporter of the Year Award.

Matthew Stanley, Purchasing Manager and Steven Mattingly, Head of Despatch & Export Sales were the two fortunate employees who attended the lunch to accept the prizes on behalf of the whole company.

"This was the first time that Vine Micros has entered the awards and the success was very pleasing for everyone in the company," said Richard Mallet, Managing Director of Vine. "The two awards reflect the growth and success of Vine Micros over the past year along with our commitment to the local area. We have a good team of people in the Company and this has contributed greatly to our success."
