Vine Micros started 1999 with the extension of its CORIO family and its newest member, the CORIOscan Select. Following in the wake of the CORIOscan Pro launched early in 1998, this product, of exceptional value, offers high quality, easy to use, computer to video conversion that can enhance any computer based presentation or video production. The CORIOscan Select supports maximum resolutions of up to 1600 x 1200, horizontal scan rates of up to 100kHz, is NTSC and PAL switchable, boasts 4 line Flicker Reduction and also has brightness control. Easy to set-up, it includes the special feature of AutoSet (unique to Vine) which automatically sizes the computer resolution on the video display, saves the setting in non-volatile memory and is recalled whenever the resolution is used again, saving you valuable time. It is compatible with a wide range of equipment and features an RGB output and dual outputs on both Composite Video and S-Video, giving you the versatility to display to a larger audience if needed.

The CORIOscan Select is controlled by an Infra-red Remote which makes it easy to handle during presentations, especially with the added feature of Zoom and Pan which allows the user to focus on a specific area of interest. Additional control methods are the RS232 which allows interfacing to a computer, and On-Screen-Display (OSD) which shows you which function you are operating. In addition to this, the Infra-red Remote Control can also act as a mouse enabling the computer to be controlled from a distance... the ideal accessory for those important presentations!
